Youre the critical thread between the people we serve and the help they need. Your work isnt easy. Youre on call 24/7, and you show up with a smile. Many times when you get on the phone with a customer for the first time, its at one of their most difficult moments. But because you do, they feel less alone, and less afraid.
We call you Heroes, and its not just lip service. You help save lives. You ask customers in need if they feel safe, and you dont get off the phone until youre sure they do. Youre serious when it matters, compassionate when it matters, and quick when it matters.
And when we say quick, were talking an 18-second average response time. Two-time Monitoring Center of the Year? Thats all you. The record speaks for itself.
